18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformity with severe dry eye diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Symptom duration more than 6 months,conventional treatment with poor or no response; 4. Signed an informed consent before beginning therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe systemic disease and psychiatric patients; 2. Complicated with other eye diseases; 3. Wear contact lens; 4. Use other treatment within 2 weeks.
