Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II to IV; 2. Open thoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI 30; 2. Formulation ingredients used in this study for patients with a history of allergy; 3. Blood system dysfunction; 4. Local skin infectionat the block site, systemic infection; 5. Severe spinal deformities; 6. Pre-existing steroid administration; 7. Secondary cardiothoracic surgery; 8. Endocrine system diseases; 9. Severe liver, kidney dysfunction; 10. Chronic opioid dependence and long-term use of various types of analgesics; 11. Patients refuse.
