18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Good cardiopulmonary function, no anticoagulant drugs; 3. Without metal implant in lower limbs; 4. No infection at the proposed puncture site; 5. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with history of allergy to local anesthetics; 2. Those who had any infection at the proposed puncture site; 3. Inability or refusal to sign informed consent.
