18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU Hospitalization lasts at least 24 hours; 2. Aged at least 18 years; 3. Get Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment before admission to the ICU, with a Blessed score >3; 2. patients with major mental illness or congenital mental retardation; 3. patients with severe vision and hearing impairment who are unable to complete the scale test; 4. Patients with mental retardation after cerebral infarction, meningitis, and head injury; 5. Alcohol abuse and drug abusers.
