Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patient focus group, the inclusion criteria includes: 1. HK citizens with the HK Identity Card; 2. Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance; 3. Able to listen and speak Cantonese; 4. Able to understand the interview (as judged by the interviewer); 5. Able to give informed consent. For doctor focus group, junior doctors (5 years within graduation): 1. Whose job includes consultation of old cases in LKS medical outpatient clinic.
