Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. All patients admitted to the research unit from the emergency department, or transferred from other wards of the hospital, or transferred to other hospitals or anywhere else.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CRE infection is confirmed at the time of transfer; 2. Anal surgery patients; 3. Other reasons lead to failure to perform anal test.
