Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 year-old; 2. Head and neck cancer required surgical excision and free perforator flap surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; 2. Severe psychiatric illnesses; 3. Emergent operation; 4. Re-operation; 5. Patient's refusal.
