Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Preoperative diagnosis is lung cancer and routinely planing to do video-assisted thoracoscopic radical mastectomy in a limited time through three-hole method (means single lobectomy & systemic lymph node dissection); 3. ASA level between I to II; 4. Patients have clear consciousness and can independently describe and evaluate the pain after the explanation; 5. Patients can finish a complete regimen treatment as planned and are able to follow-up after surgery; 6. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of chest surgery, chronic pain, psychosis, or drug and alcohol abuse; 2. It is not possible for patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery after preoperative evaluation; 3. Patients with diabetes, liver, kidney and other chronic diseases which affect the efficacy.
