Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: Aged 18~70 years, men or women, HIV primary screening test and WB confirmation test are positive, the viral load is undetectable after ART, no opportunistic infections occurred within 3 months, pregnancy test is negative, female is in non-lactation period, non-gestation period, and no serious liver, heart and kidney dysfunction. 2. Donor: Aged 18~50 years, men or women, Parents or children of the subject,pregnancy test is negative, female is in non-lactation period, non-gestation period, and no serious liver, heart and kidney dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient: Breastfeeding or pregnant; receiving immune cell therapy, allergies history of rhIL-2; suffering from autoimmune diseases and suffering form other serological diseases. 2. Donor: Breastfeeding or pregnant; Hepatitis B or C, syphilis or HIV positive; have severe heart, liver and kidney diseases.
