Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed by pathology as locally advanced patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 2. Aged at least 18 years old; 3. Measurable lesions confirmed by CT, digestive tract radiography and the other imaging examination; 4. No distant lymph node or organ metastasis; 5. Patients who plan to receive concurrent chemoradiotherapy; 6. Expected survival time is more than 3 months; 7. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers; 8. Has agreed and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not primary patients; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Patients with endocrine, metabolic diseases or serious digestive diseases; 4. Patients combined with chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, chronic nephritis, renal insufficiency and other diseases.
