18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 patients with ASA physical status 1-2, aged 18 to 60 years, body mass index 18-24kg/m2, scheduled for elective gynaecological laparoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The use of sedatives, antidepressants, and other drugs that affect electroencephalogram monitoring in recently or before anesthesia induction; (2)history of central nervous system disease; (3) severe cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, pulmonary disorders; (4) hypertension or other disease need cardiovascular drug; (5) diabetes; (6) abuse of alcohol or illicit drugs.
