Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The advanced lung caner patient: 1. at TNM stage III or higher grad than stage III; 2. with high-risk stage IB and stage II or higher that plan to receive postoperative adjuvant therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease and other organic heart disease;Patients with thoracic deformity or poor acoustic window conditions that affect the quality of images
