Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. ASA I or II; 3. single intracranial lesion; 4. in accordance with the indications of neurosurgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. preoperative disturbance of consciousness; 3. diseases affecting postoperative recovery (such as hemiplegia, autoimmune disease, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, severe psychological or mental illness, etc.); 4. patients who are unwilling to participate in the study for any reason; 5. taking other drug trials or participating in other clinical trials within 3 months of being included in the study.
