Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) closed reduction under general anesthesia with or without percutaneous adductor tenotomy simultaneously; (2) sustaining a safe and stable reduction, such as more than 30° of the safety zone, and less than 65° of abduction angle after reduction; (3) complete radiographic data, including the anterior-posterior(AP) view of pelvic before operation and at the final follow-up, in addition, MRI images of post-operation within 3 days; 3 or 6 months after reduction; 1 year after reduction; and 2 years after reduction; (4) at least 2 years follow-up time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preliminary treatment was performed; (2) DDH caused by syndrome, neuromuscular and other factors; (3) incomplete imaging data.
