Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria of STEMI and non-STEMI: Chest pain lasting for >30 min that was not relieved by treatment with sublingual nitroglycerin, ST-segment elevation = 2 mm in at least two electrocardiographic leads and increases in serum troponin and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) to levels at least twice their upper limits of normal, new left bundle branch block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. right coronary occlusion or acute inferior-posterior myocardial infarction; 2. cardiac shock or mechanic complication; 3. major surgery,injury,hemorrhagic disease,acute cerebrovascular disease; 4. intolerability of antiplatelet drugs; 5. liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. contraindications for levosimendan; 7. not suitable for emergency PCI treatment: Pregnancy, malignant Tumor.
