Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged 18 to 80 years old; 2) preoperative imaging and laboratory examination diagnosed hilar cholangiocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer, intraoperative frozen and postoperative pathology confirmed malignant tumor of the bile duct; Preoperative imaging evaluation was resectable; 3) child-turcotte-pugh liver function score a-b; 4) the patient has the ability to understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent, and can complete the follow-up plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) the patient has obvious cardiac, pulmonary, brain and renal insufficiency that affects the surgical treatment; 2) the patient has a history of other malignant tumors; 3) child-turcotte-pugh score of liver function grade C; 4) pregnant or lactating female patients; 5) uncomplete clinical data. The investigator determines that he/she is not suitable to participate in the study.
