Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-80 years old; 2. Alendronate-treated glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The dosage of the prednisolone was changed during the observation; 2. Patients with diabetes, bone metabolic diseases, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases, hematological diseases or tumor.
