Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism, TCM syndrome differentiation is liver spleen deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis type; 2. Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. No other serious medical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatitis, tuberculosis, diabetes, kidney disease, etc.; 4. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of malignant tumors of the thyroid gland; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases or severe mental illness; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who are allergic to drugs.
