Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological histological diagnosis of gastric cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer and hepatoma; 2. The patients could provide fresh tumor samples; 3. Objective tumors that meet RECIST 1.1 criteria and can be evaluated by CT/MRI; 4. KPS score = 60, expected survival time = 3 months; Comprehensive assessment of patients who can tolerate chemotherapy and targeted therapy; 5. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form, with good compliance, willing active treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned reoperation after surgery; 2. KPS score = 60 points or blood biochemical tests suggest that patients are not suitable for continuing chemotherapy or chemotherapy has been delayed; 3. Cannot or refuse to collect tumor samples; 4. Refused to receive treatment plans or follow-up plans.
