Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 35-69 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria of grade 2 and below; (2) informed consent, voluntary participation, and signed a written informed consent; (3) be able to cooperate; Inclusion criteria for patients with type 2 diabetes: (1) informed consent, voluntary participation; (2) signed a written informed consent; (3) can cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary hypertension; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) mental patients and other patients can not cooperate; (4) patients with trauma, surgery, other serious diseases of the organ system who cannot tolerate sports prescription intervention; (5) absolute contraindications include all clinical conditions of instability, such as severe hypertension, hypertension crisis, acute hypertension, unstable angina, tachycardia, heart failure, cerebral vasospasm and other serious complications of hypertension patients. Exclusion criteria: (1) comorbidity: severe organ dysfunction (heart, lung, liver, kidney), malignant tumor, acute phase of cerebrovascular accident, severe fundus lesions, senile dementia, stress status in the body; (2) Serious acute and chronic diabetes complications: such as severe infection, heart failure, acute cerebral infarction, uncorrected ketoacidosis, diabetic foot; (3) language, behavior, communication and learning disabilities, serious physical diseases and mental disorders.
