Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. The characteristics of surgery: A. ASA=3?; B.thoracoscopic surgery for unilateral lung cancer; 4. The patients understanding the purpose of the experiment and agreeing to participate in the experiment and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With coagulation dysfunction; 2. With severe infection to the site of puncture; 3. The patients of dysgnosia,mental disorder or inability to cooperate; 4. The operations which were converted to thoracotomy; 5. Massive hemorrhage during operation.
