Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years old male and female, and researchers assess their life expectancy of more than 1 year; 2. The upper branch artery of the aortic arch should be covered with the left subclavian artery and/or the left carotid artery; 3. The subjects were able to understand the purpose of the study and should be able to participate in clinical trials voluntarily and sign informed consent letters in conjunction with clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with significant organ failure or other serious diseases (including severe infections; persons with or planning organ transplants; myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke within 3 months prior to the group); 2. subjects known to be allergic to contrast agents, nickel or titanium (nickel-titanium alloys); 3. in the last 1 months, the subjects have participated in or are participating in clinical trials of any other apparatus or drug; 4. Patients who are not suitable for other reasons to reconstruct the branched artery on the arch, such as the aortic anatomical structure is special or there is no suitable vascular entry line in situ retrograde window opening;
