18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Tumors are confined to the hypopharynx and can be resected before or after radiotherapy; 2. Neck lymph nodes can be resected or radiotherapy can be resected; 3. No distant metastasis; 4. HPV (-), Long-term Tobacco and Alcohol Stimulation; 5. Life expectancy is 12 months; 6. Aged 18-75 years old male and female; 7. The general status is at ECOG 0-2 level; 8. Cardiopulmonary function can tolerate radiotherapy and surgery; 9. Blood routine and liver and kidney function can tolerate radiotherapy and surgery; 10. No other severe radiotherapy or surgical contraindications were found; 11. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dual or multiple primary tumors or distant metastases were also present; 2. Those who can not give up smoking and alcohol during treatment; 3. Non-smoking and alcohol stimulation; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Active gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. Uncontrollable diabetes, hypertension; 7. Those who need systemic steroid therapy; 8. Other serious diseases such as myocardial infarction, malignant hypertension and chronic pancreatitis occurred within 6 months; 9. At present or within four weeks to participate in other clinical trials.
