Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) confirmed HIV infection; 2) already taking antiviral treatment; 3) adult patients, aged 18-70 years; 4) severe burns (total burn surface area (TBSA)=30%; 5) injury severity score (ISS) e = 16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe diseases at heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system before injury; 2) cancer; 3) metabolic and endocrine comorbidities such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 4) pregnant or lactating women; 5) severe mental health illness before injury; 6) participating in other clinical trials.
