Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of ventricular septal perforation after myocardial infarction, male and non-pregnancy, lactating women; (2) The patient or client agrees to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form; (3) Good compliance, willing and able to follow-up observation as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with active endocarditis; (2) Patients who participate in other clinical studies at the same time; (3) Drug addicts or alcohol abusers; (4) The patient has severe or progressive cardiovascular or non-cardiovascular disease with a life expectancy of less than 12 months; (5) Women during pregnancy or lactation; (6) Seriously infected persons who have not yet been controlled.
