Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Based on the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999, type 2 diabetes is clearly diagnosed with a course of disease of 1-8 years; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. BMI = 24 kg/m2; 4. HbA1c% 6.5-10% in the last 6 months; 5. Blood pressure less than 150/100mmHg; 6. Echocardiography detection left ventricular mass index =125(male) or 110(female) g /m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anamnesis of diabetic ketoacidosis; 2. Anamnesis of heart failure, myocardial infarction or undertaken percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention,. 3. Anamnesis of cerebral infarction; 4. Abnormal pulmonary function and pulmonary arterial hypertension; 5. Abnormal liver function, ALT or AST exceeding 3 times the normal upper limit. (Based on laboratory examination results 1 month before the experiment); 6. Glomerular filtration rate <60 ml/min / 1.73m2. (Based on laboratory examination results 1 month before the experiment) 7. Previous or current treatment with sglt-2i; 8. Allergy to sglt-2i or lactose; 9. Loop diuretics are currently being used; 10. Present urinary tract infection; 11. Duration of pregnancy and lactation or fertility desire in near future; 12. Patients with poor compliance.
