Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The children patients with burnt hand or foot who came to our department for treatment were selected, in line with the inclusion criteria: aged 1 to 3 years; Burnt part is only limited to single hand or single foot; Burnt area<5% TBSA; Burnt depth II, III degree; Children patients parents are informed of and consent to the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The past confirmed children patients have cognition or psychological disorder; (2) Children patients have abnormal neurogenesis or abnormal cutaneous sensation; (3) Children patients who have clinic experience and operation history of burning dressing; (4) Children patients whose trials are suspended during the period of treatment due to all kinds of causes; (5) Patients whose wound is required to be cleaned or for which the dressing method is required to be changed when dressing is performed due to causes such as wound infection,etc..
