20 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Han-Chinese males and no pregnant or breast feeding females of ages = 20 years, BMI =18.5 kg / m2 with no use of medications that interfere with insulin/glucose secretion,no use of oral contraceptives or antcancer agents with no chronic pancreatic ,hepatic/renal or cardiovascular diseases and who have no previous gastrointestinal or vegus nerve surgery with 6 months metabolically stable,and have not participated in any other clinical study until the day of this study for nondiabetic subjects. subjects with onset of diabetes at age < 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Fasting glucose=6.9 mmol/L for diabetic subjects and Fasting glucose >6.9 mmol/L for nondiabetic subjects.
