60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 60-75 years; 2. can normally answer the phone; 3. overweight/obesity shall meet one of the following conditions: (1) body mass index (BMI) 24.0kg/m2; (2) male waist circumference 85cm, female waist circumference 80cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) kidney disease and other diseases that need to control protein intake; (2) diabetic patients who regularly take medicine; (3) suffering from mental illness; (4) cancer patients; (5) those who have received weight-loss drugs or surgery in the past three months or currently; (6) body weight fluctuated 5kg in the past two months.
