18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Within 3 days after onset; 4. Initial stroke; 5. Responsible vessel was the middle cerebral artery on one side; 6. Patients or their families sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness disorders; 2. Previous history of stroke; 3. Patients with obvious sleep disorders before stroke; 4. Patients who had taken sleep improving drugs within 2 weeks before stroke; 5. Patients who had taken sleep improving drugs within 2 weeks before stroke; 6. Patients with complete occlusion of the responsible vessels; 7. Patients with unknown etiology; 8. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months.
