Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects aged 30-45 were half male and half female. To ensure the uniformity of obesity among groups; 2. Conformity with the criteria of peaceful constitution, Qi deficiency constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution (refer to the criteria of Classification and Judgment of Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine promulgated by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2009).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with various physical conditions, those with other diseases, pregnant women and lactating women; secondary overweight/obesity caused by diseases; those with heart, liver and kidney diseases; those without cooperation, such as psychiatric patients
