Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease, eGFR were calculated according to 2009 CKD-EPI equation, 30ml/min/1.73m2 = eGFR <60ml/min/1.73m2 or eGFR = 60ml/min/1.73m2 and proteinuria (24h urinary protein =0.5g, ACR=30mg/g) or glomerular hematuria or confirmed renal damage by pathological and imaging findings; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with malignant tumors; (2) Suffering from dementia, mental abnormality or any mental illness that interferes with the understanding of the informed consent; (3) Severe liver dysfunction, child-pugh grade C; (4) Severe cardiac insufficiency, cardiac function level III or above; (5) Acute myocardial infarction existed in the past 3 months; (6) Patients with primary hyperparathyroidism; (7) Previous history of severe atherosclerotic plaque; (8) Perform major surgery within 12 weeks before screening or have not fully recovered from surgery; (9) During the experiment, the imaging examination could not be completed due to pregnancy or illness, and the number of shedding was more than 2 times; (10) Poor compliance, no commitment to complete the follow-up; (11) Participated in cardiovascular related clinical studies within 1 month.
