Group 1:0.5% ropivacaine 20ml + 2 ml NS paravertebral block

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18~75 years; 2. ASAI~III; 3. Elective thoracoscopic lobectomy; 4. Willing to cooperate with the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for glucocorticoid use such as diabetes mellitus, adrenal hyperfunction, fungal infection, etc.; 2. Allergy to any of the drugs used in this study, such as local anesthetics, glucocorticoids, etc.; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 4. Severe spinal or thoracic malformation; 5. Puncture site skin damage with infection; 6. coagulation disorders; 7. morbid obesit (BMI>35 kg/m2); 8. Chronic pain history, long-term painkiller therapy; 9. Hearing impairment or speech impairment, unable to complete the VAS score.
