Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 21 year old; 2. teeth fully erupted and root apex developed completely; 3. tooth arrange normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe periapical disease or periodontitis; 2. previous surgery on maxillary tumor, cyst or bone fracture; 3. previous surgery on maxillary sinusitis, radical dissection or sinus floor elevation; 4. skeletal or teeth dysplasia; 5. artificial images; 6. root resorption of maxillary premolar and molar; bone loss around such root; 7. orthodontic treatment; 8. congenital hypodontia; 9. Maxillary posterior teeth overcrowding; 10. craniofacial abnormality.
