Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Infection has been confirmed or has highly suspicious of infection with definite clinical symptoms Patients with definite clinical symptoms and highly suspected infection must also meet at least two SIRS diagnostic criteria, including 1) Body temperature >38 degrees or less than 36 degrees; 2) Heart rate >90/ min; 3) Respiratory rate >20 times/min or PaCO2 12 000/mm3 or <4000/mm3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic immune diseases; 2. Advanced malignant tumor; 3. HIV infection; 4. Use higher than the replacement dose of hormone or immunosuppressive therapy for more than one month; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Age> 90 years old; 7. People with low intelligenc.
