Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 35 to 75 years; (2) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of "stroke" formulated by the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and has a definite diagnosis by cranial CT or MRI. The course of the disease is more than 2 weeks, and the vital signs are stable within 6 months; (3) Unilateral hemiplegia, able to walk independently (using/not using walker) without obvious abnormalities in limb depth and shallow sensation; Brunnstrom grade IV or above of lower extremities; standing balance up to grade 2 or more; (4) Hearing comprehension is basically normal and can cooperate with treatment and evaluation; (5) Willing to obey the guidance and have a good desire for rehabilitation and good family support; (6) I and my family are willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Congestive heart failure; (2) Active liver disease, hepatorenal insufficiency; (3) Malignant tumors; (4) MMSE score of patients with psychiatric disorders or severe cognitive impairment was less than 25; (5) The patients with severe infection, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis have obvious joint deformity. (6) Deaf-mute; (7) The blood pressure of patients with uncontrolled hypertension was higher than 180/100mmHg; (8) Those who can not cooperate with fixed-point long-term treatment or those who can not be followed up in other provinces or cities; (9) Participated in other clinical researchers during the same period.
