Interventions
Gold Standard:X-ray examination results at follow-up to 6 months of age:
1. hip dislocation: the femoral head is completely out of contact with the acetabulum
2. hip subluxation: only partial contact between the femoral head and the acetabulum, the Shenton line is interrupted
3. hip dysplasia: the femoral head was poorly

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. infant aged 0-180 days boy and girl; 2. Subject to the informed consent of the legal guardian of the examiner.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. gender deformity; 2. pathological hip dislocation; 3. hip dislocation caused by cerebral palsy and other reasons; 4. combined with congenital spina bifida; 5. combined with multiple congenital malformations such as multiple joint contractures; 6. has a history of treatment.
