Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. selected patients with CHD diagnosis: aged 18-65 years; According to clinical symptoms, electrocardiographic dynamic changes, myocardial enzyme-related examination, coronary angiography confirmed at least one coronary artery stenosis >50%, coronary artery bypass grafting or percutaneous coronary intervention; 2. coronary angiography (Coronary angiography); 2.1 All patients underwent routine coronary angiography. The Zudkins method was used for selective left and right coronary angiography. The left coronary artery was routinely used for 6 projection positions, and the right coronary artery was routinely used for 2 projection positions; 2.2 Coronary Gensini score [52] The coronary artery system is divided into 15 segments according to the WHO-recommended segmentation criteria of the American Heart Association: 1 segment of the left coronary artery with a coefficient of 5; 4 segments of the right coronary artery (near coefficient) 2.5, the middle coefficient is 1.5, the far segment coefficient is 1.0, the right rear descending branch coefficient is 1.0); the left front descending branch is 5 segments (the near segment coefficient is 2.5, the middle segment coefficient is 1.5, the far segment coefficient is 1.0, and the first diagonal branch is 1.0, the first diagonal branch The coefficient is 1.0, the second diagonal branch coefficient is 0.5); the left gyroscopic branch is 5 segments (the near-segment coefficient is 2.5, the middle segment coefficient is 1.5, the far-end coefficient is 1.0, and the first blunt-edge coefficient is 0.5, the second blunt The edge branch coefficient is 0.5). The degree of stenosis is defined as: 0-25% product 1 point; 26%-50% product 2 points; 51%-75% product 4 points; 76%-90% product 8 points; 91%-99% product 16 points; 100% points and 32 points. The sum of the product of the degree of coronary artery stenosis and the corresponding coefficient of each patient is the Gensini score. The score for the complete left stenosis of the left coronary artery was defined as the highest score (32*5=160), and the score for the coronary artery without lesion was defined as 0; 3. Patients enrolled in the diagnosis of NAFLD; 3.1 NAFLD population are in line with the interpretation of the European guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease; 3.2 Measurement of CAP values based on FibroScan system. The CAP value was measured by FibroScan using a transient elastic scanner (FibroScan 502, France). The patient was placed in the supine position during the measurement. The detection site was from the right anterior iliac line to the seventh, eighth and ninth intercostals of the midline. Times; 4. Cognitive function assessment: Neuropsychological assessment of subjects by trained 2 physicians; 5. RS-fMRI examination method GE Signa Hdxt 3.0T superconducting MR scanner and 8-channel skull dedicated coil, scanning process, the subject quietly take the supine position, close the eyes, try to avoid any thinking activities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The subjects selected for CHD were excluded: 1. obvious valvular heart disease; 2. severe liver and kidney failure; 3. traumatic chest pain; 4. malignant tumors; 5. blood system diseases; 6. acute and chronic inflammatory diseases; 7. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 8. months History of major surgical trauma; 9. autoimmune diseases. All patients enrolled in NAFLD excluded viral hepatitis and other liver diseases, severe heart and kidney disease, severe infection, tumor and long-term medication history.
