Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It meets the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failur: Typical symptoms of heart failure are present; Left ventricular ejectfraction(LVEF)<40% or LVEF normal or only slightly reduced, but there are related structural heart problems and/or diastolic cardiac dysfunction, moreover the left ventricle was not enlarged.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to get the informed consent; 2. There are some major diseases, such as tumor, severe weakness, and survival less than 6 months; 3. Damaged skin where BIA contacts; 4. Clearly suffering from severe infectious diseases, systemic immune diseases (including systemic lupus erythematosus, connective tissue disease, multiple myeloma, amyloidosis, rheumatism, rheumatoid, etc.) 5. Acute coronary syndrome; 6. Acute heart failure; 7. Patients with dyskinesia and cognitive impairment; 8. Chronic lung disease, liver dysfunction; 9. Concomitant neuromuscular disorders that affect muscle strength measurements, and long-term use of medications that affect weight, such as glucocorticoids.
