20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) normal ovarian response (age between 20 and 40 years old and previous number of retrieved oocyte between 3 and 15); (2) women with all the embryos graded as poor quality according to Peters cleavage grade embryo scoring system[4] in the previous IVF/ICSI cycle; (3) women with repetitive fresh or frozen embryo transfers without pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) poor or high ovarian response; (2) women with adjuvant therapy such as DHEA, CoQ10; (3) women with serious and unstable disease, such as cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease; (4) women with recurrent spontaneous abortion; (5) male partner with severe oligoasthenozoospermia or teratozoospermia.
