65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II-III grade; 2. age 65-85 years old; 3. elective thoracoscopic surgery (pulmonary resection, pulmonary wedge resection, lung segmentectomy, etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebrovascular diseases such as dementia and cerebral infarction before surgery; 2. The MMSE score is lower than the lowest score of the corresponding education level [Primary school <20 points, secondary school (including technical secondary school) <22 points, university (including junior college) <24 points]; 3. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs such as sedatives or antidepressants; 4. Serious visual or auditory impairment; 5. Patients who can not accept Stellate ganglion blocking.
