C:Routine painless gastroenteroscopy
A:Intravenous injection of 20ml hypertonic glucose injection was performed half an hour before painless gastroenteroscopy
B:Intravenous injection of 20ml normal saline was performed half an hour before painless gastroenteroscopy

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA I - II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes mellitus; 2. preoperative patients with neurological complications (such as stroke, epilepsy, dementia, etc.); 3 severe liver and kidney disease; 4. patients who refused to sign the informed consent procedure.
