Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants recruited to the study were Postoperative abdominal surgery patients aged at least 18 years without nasogastric tube in ICU. All the subjects recived mechanical ventilation after operation and Met weaning standards before the experiment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Instability of vital signs after extubation, or need to be re-intubated, and the pacemaker could not accept EIT test
