Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA III; aged 20-60 years; BMI 18-30 scheduled for selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with sinificant heartlungliverrenal and neuromuscular diseases were excluded.None of them preoperative drugswhich can affect the function of neuromusclar transmission.The pations would not use antibiotics and other drugs which may affect the function of neuromusclar transmission.
