40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) women aged 40-65 years old; (2) menopause: perimenopause, early postmenopause, late postmenopause (according to STRAW+10 staging system); (3) women who require hormone replacement therapy to improve clinical symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of stroke, thrombosis or anticoagulants such as aspirin and warfarin; (2) history of malignant tumors; (3) abnormal liver and kidney functions; (4) contraindications to estrogen therapy; (5) pregnancy and lactation.
