Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.a specific dignosis of first onset stroke,confirmed by CT or MRI; 2.hemilegic with a score of 1-4 on the Brunnstrom Motor Recovery Scale; 3.Mini Mental State Examination 24 points or greater; to be able to understand the purpose of the study and will fully participate; 4.Hamilton Anxiety Scale>7;Hamilton Depression Scale>7; 5.no vision impairment; 6.inform consent from patients and/or their family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.with brain injury or stroke history; 2.taking medicines which could affect mood; 3.with history of mirror therapy. 4.with anxiety or depression before stroke
