Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old, male or non-pregnant female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of orbital fracture, and imaging examination shows orbital wall, orbital margin or multiple fractures; 3. Surgical indications: (1) enophthalmos >2mm or bilateral exophthalmos >2mm; (2) exophthalmic muscle incarceration; (3) diplopia or eye movement disorder. Any one of the above three criteria is considered to be consistent with the surgical indications. 4. Voluntary request for surgical treatment; 5. Conducted the verification program requirements voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency (myocardial ischemia or myocardial infarction, arrhythmia and cardiac insufficiency) or obvious bleeding tendency or other surgical contraindications; 2. Patients with diabetes or other autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, tuberculosis, or mental diseases, or who cannot accurately describe their conditions; 3. Contraindication of CT and MRI scanning; 4. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study; 5. Positive pregnancy test.
