Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as glioma and underwent craniotomy; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years old, male or female; 3. Patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Those suffering from serious basic diseases; 3. A case that the clinician considers inappropriate.
