18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergo laparoscopic hepetectomy and cholecystectomy; (2) ASA II-III; (3) Aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients refuse to join the research; (2) Previous history of abdominal surgery; (3) Patients undergo single port laparoscopic hepatectomy or in special surgical position except supine position or position that right side of the trunk is lifted up; (4) Combined dissection of other organs except gallbladder; (5) Patients suffered from any kind of following situations within 12 months, such as myocardial infarction, severe or unstable angina pectoris, bypass operation of coronary artery, congestive heart-failure, stroke and pulmonary embolism. Patients suffer from any kind of following situations now, such as Grade 2 or more severe irrhythmia according to NCI-CTCAE standard, long QTc interval (more than 450 millisecond in male patients and more than 470 millisecond in female patients); (6) Patients with allergic history to opioid or tolerance to opioid.
