Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for general population: patients who are hospitalized in our department due to supraventricular tachycardia in February-June 2019, 18-80 years old. Laboratory test or imagine examination reveal no evidence of myocardial ischemia. 200 subjects are supposed to be enrolled. Inclusion criteria for patients with coronary heart disease: patient with initial onset angina pectoris who are diagnosed as coronary heart disease and hospitalized in our department in February-June 2019, 18-80 years old. Diagnosis of coronary heart disease are made by symptoms and laboratory test (myocardial enzyme, troponin) and confirmed by imagine examination (electrocardiogram, coronary CTA, coronary angiography). 200 subjects are supposed to be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-coronal patient population exclusion criteria: (1) Obesity, BMI>28kg/m2; (2) abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal thyroid function, severe infection; (3) fasting or postprandial triglycerides = 5.6mmol / l; (4) taking drugs that can affect blood lipid metabolism, such as statins, fibrates, ACEI, estrogen, etc.; (5) Those who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with clinical trials. Exclusion criteria for patients with coronary heart disease: (1) Patients with acute myocardial infarction; (2) Patients with diabetes who are treated with insulin; (3) Obesity, BMI>28kg/m2; (4) abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal thyroid function, severe infection; (5) fasting or postprandial triglycerides = 5.6mmol/l; (6) Those who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with clinical trials.
